Spencer Simon - Tutor
Spencer is a Junior at Palisades Charter High School. He is currently taking AP Calculus, AP US History, and AP Environmental Science. Spencer is also a member of Pali's Varsity Baseball team. Spencer tutors any math level, and looks forward to meeting his future clients.
Ernst Schmid - Tutor
Ernst is a Senior at Palisades Charter High School. This year he is taking AP Literature, AP Statistics, AP Environmental Science, and AP Government. He has successfully completed AP Biology, AP European History, AP Physics C, AP US History, AP Computer Science, Honors Math Analysis, and AP Calculus BC. Ernst is heavily involved in computer programming and is currently working as part of a small business making apps for the iPhone. In addition, he enjoys helping others and providing them with a truly positive learning experience.
Megan Kincaid - Tutor
Megan Kincaid is a Junior at Palisades Charter High School. She is currently enrolled in AP US History, AP Biology, AP English and Composition, AP Statistics, and Honors Spanish III. Throughout high school she has also taken AP World History, Math Analysis, Algebra 2, Honors Spanish II, Spanish I, Honors Biology, and Chemistry. Megan is a member of the United States Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team and has competed at various World Cup events. Megan is also involved in school theatre and dance at Pali. Last summer she danced with the Bolshoi Ballet and has recently been accepted into the American Ballet Theatre Summer Intensive. She looks forward to helping your child organize and succeed in their educational pursuits.
Matvey Gurevich - Tutor
Matvey is currently in 11th grade and attending Palisades Charter High School. Matt tutors in the following subjects: Math (up to AP Calculus), Science (up to Honors Chemistry [including AP Biology]), History (up to AP US [including AP World]), English [up to AP Lang] and Foreign Language (up to Honors Spanish 3). He is the Vice-President of Key Club, a participant in Mock Trial, the Editor-in-Chief of Educere, and a volunteer at Cedar Sinai.
Daniel Connell - Tutor
Daniel is a Junior at Palisades Charter High School. He is currently taking Calculus, AP Environmental Science, and AP English Language. Daniel is also a member of Pali’s Varsity Soccer team. Daniel tutors any math level, and loves helping channel his knowledge to others.
Alyssa Kincaid - Tutor
Alyssa is a Senior at Palisades Charter High School. This year she is taking AP English Literature, AP Spanish Language, AP Government and Politics, Journalism, and Calculus. She has successfully completed AP Biology, AP European History, AP US History, AP World History, AP English Language, AP Environmental Science, and Honors Chemistry. Alyssa is the Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper, the Tideline, the UNICEF club treasurer, and plans on studying journalism and global studies with an emphasis on foreign language in college.
Josh Ravicz - Tutor
Josh is a Junior at Palisades Charter High School. He is currently taking AP Chemistry, AP Calculus, AP Environmental Science, and AP US History. He previously took AP Biology, AP World History, and Math Analysis. In addition, he is a member of the Orchestra and the Indoor Drum Line at Palisades. He is also involved with management in the local Red Cross Chapter. Josh thoroughly enjoys helping students learn and achieve their potential.
Ethan Sussman - Tutor
Ethan Sussman is a Sophmore at Palisades Charter High School. He has successfully completed AP Chemistry and Honors Math Analysis. He is currently enrolled in AP Biology, AP World History, AP Spanish Language, and AP Calculus BC. He is the founder of the Pali High robotics team, and participates in the science bowl.
Joe Rosenbaum - Commissioner of Publicity, Tutor
Joe is a Junior at Palisades Charter High School. He is currently taking AP US History, AP Environmental Science, AP English Language and Composition, Calculus, and Spanish 4. He also has taken AP World History, Math Analysis, and Algebra II. He is on the Varsity baseball team at Pali. Joe's goal is to simplify learning and to improve tutees' organization.
Lundie Strom - Chief Operating Officer, Tutor
Lundie Strom is a Junior at Pali High, currently taking AP English, AP Environmental Science, AP Statistics, and AP US History. She serves as ASB Leadership's Commissioner of Athletics and runs both Cross Country in the fall and Track in the spring. Lundie tutors English and writing skills, and also helps kids who simply need help getting their schoolwork and schedules organized. Julia Levitan - Chief Financial Officer, Tutor
Julia is a Junior at Palisades Charter High School. This year she is taking AP Biology, AP US History, AP Environmental Science, AP English Language, Math Analysis, and Honors French III. She has successfully completed AP Chemistry, AP European History, and Honors Algebra II. Julia is the Captain of the Girl's Varsity Tennis Team, is involved in school theatre, and is a volunteer at Children's Hospital. Julia enjoys working with children of all ages, and strives to make learning fun and enjoyable.
